TERMS AND CONDITIONS - GENERAL INFORMATION
PRICING EFFECTIVE Nov 1st, 2017
New customers/first time orders must be pre-paid. Subsequent orders may qualify for Net 30 day terms based on credit approval. All quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Please check our website or contact a representative for the current prevailing price on any items before quoting your customer or placing an order.
All purchase orders must be in writing via fax or e-mail. Please indicate on the purchase order artwork name, choice of color for bag and imprint, shipping method and in hands date if applicable.
For imprinted orders, allow 10 to 15 business days from approval of artwork. Production time may be subject to change for large order quantities or if nylon bags needed are not in stock.
Rush Production may be available depending on product availability and current production capacity; a 10% surcharge would apply. Please contact us before placing your order.
Less than Minimum order quantity charge of $50 (A).
All sample requests must be submitted in writing via fax or e-mail. Samples will be charged at EQP pricing + freight charges. Samples purchased are not refundable/ returnable.
VIRTUAL Sample charge $20.00 (A).
Camera ready artwork is required. All artwork must be vector based on fonts outlined. Artwork files are accepted in the following Windows platform formats: Illustrator AI, EPS, PDF.
For non camera ready artwork, charge of $80.00 (A) per hour may apply.
A copy of your artwork will be faxed or e-mailed for approval before processing your order. Orders will only be processed once we receive signed authorization.
IMPRINT AND SET UP
Set up charge (per imprint color/location) is $60. (A). Repeat orders set up charge of $40 (A). This charge will be waived for any repeat orders placed within a year and for the exact same artwork.
A one color imprint is included in listed price. PMS (as close to) color matching at no extra charge.
ADDITIONAL COLOR IMPRINT CHARGE
$1.00 (A) for each additional color/location.
All orders are F.O.B. Laval QC. All shipments will be sent via best method as determined by First Aid Central, unless otherwise specified on order. Shipping charges will be applied to your invoice.
Please specify any special shipping requirements when ordering.
DROP SHIPPING CHARGE
For multiple destinations, please add $10.00 (A) per location.
Shipping labels and packing slip must be provided.
CUSTOM DESIGNED KITS
Have something special in mind? Our account representatives can design custom kits to meet any stock requirement or price point your customer may desire. All custom orders require a 30% deposit.
Every effort will be made to ensure uninterrupted supplies of products shown in this catalog. Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute products comparable in price and design.
All logos used in this catalog are used to show imprinting reproduction ability only and do not imply any endorsements whatsoever. Stock images used do not necessary correspond to the actual contents of the kit, refer to details for complete contents.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY - All orders with artwork are considered special orders and must be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. After this time it may not be possible to cancel your order and are subject to all costs incurred.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Imprinted orders are final sale and are not subject for Return.
No returns for blank goods will be accepted without prior authorization from First Aid Central Promo.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of product receipt and require a Return Authorization number to be valid. Authorized product returns must be in their original unopened package and not used. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stock fee and return freight is prepaid by sender.
